Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is the largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the world: it produces, distributes and sells the company’s brands in 31 countries in Western Europe, Oceania and Southeast Asia. With more than 42 000 employees and 100 plants, it serves 2.1 million customers and 600 million consumers. The Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company (ECCBC) was created in 1997 to bring together the African Coca-Cola franchises managed by the Daurella group, which had been present on the African continent since 1960. Currently, ECCBC bottles and distributes Coca-Cola products in 13 countries in the Maghreb and West Africa, as well as marketing its own brands like Strela beer in Cape Verde. It has 10 bottling plants and employs more than 5000 people. With a 74 % stake, the Cobega Group is the majority shareholder of the Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company and The Coca-Cola Export Co. is a minority shareholder. Alfonso Líbano Daurella was appointed president of the company upon its creation.

Since 1993, DABA has been the exclusive distributor of Nespresso products in Spain and Andorra. It was founded in 1990 as a subsidiary of Cobega and was initially engaged in vending machine services. Since 2006, it has focussed solely on the sale of Nespresso through its boutique stores, sales points in shopping centres, call centres and the internet. It is a leading Nespresso operator, with more than 30 years of experience and 1200 employees. DABA has been managed by Mario Rotllant since its foundation.

Daufood was created in 2014 as a subsidiary of the Cobega Group to operate the master franchise of Domino’s Pizza in Portugal. Within a few years, it expanded into central and southeastern Europe. Currently, it manages the chain’s pizzerias in 10 countries, making Daufood the largest franchise holder of the Domino’s Pizza system.

Nosoplás is a company engaged in the manufacture and sale of plastic packaging, with The Coca-Cola Company as its main client. It has plants in Bergondo (A Coruña) and Tarancón (Cuenca).
